Kentucky Division of Geographic Information (DGI), is responsible for encouraging, coordinating and implementing GIS programs within Kentucky. Click the Geospatial Data link to download digital ortho imagery, geologic quadrangle maps, topographic quadrangle images, digital elevation models, tagged vector contours, National Wetlands Inventory images and other geospatial data.
Kentucky Geography Network is the geospatial data clearinghouse for Kentucky. Search based on a keyword or theme type, or use the powerful geographic explorer to locate maps and geographic data content for a particular part of the state.
Kentucky Water Resource Information System (WRIS) was developed through the cooperative efforts of water and wastewater treatment systems and local, regional and state agencies. The WRIS includes information on water resources, drinking water systems, wastewater treatment systems, project development, emergency response, regulations and planning. All the information in the WRIS is accessible in digital format via the Internet.
