Software Version

Follow the instructions below to determine which version of the following software is installed on your computer.

Internet Explorer

1. Start Internet Explorer.

2. After Internet Explorer is finished loading, perform the following steps:

a.  Click Help on the Toolbar.

b.  Click About Internet Explorer.
     Look for the version number in the pop-up window.
 
 

Netscape Browser

1. Start Netscape Browser.

2. After Netscape Browser is finished loading, perform the following steps:

a.  Click Help on the Toolbar.

b.  Click About.
     The version number is next to the software name. 
 

Oracle JInitiator

1. Click Start.

2. Click Settings.

3. Click Control Panel.

4. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.

5. Scroll down the list of programs until Oracle JInitiator appears.  The version number appears next to the name of the software. 

Note: If Oracle JInitiator does not appear in the list, the software will need to be installed in order to access SMIS.

6. Exit Add/Remove Programs.

7. Exit Control Panel.
